Konst. 1 Bana och boll

Spelet 3x3 spelas på en halvplan med en korg. En vanlig 3x3-bana i officiella tävlingar är cirka 49' bred x 36' djup (15 meter x 11 meter), med vanliga basketplansmarkeringar, inklusive en 19-fots (5,8 meter) frikastlinje, en 22-fots ( 6,75 meter) 2-punktslinje och ett område med en "fri halvcirkel" under den ena korgen. Hälften av en traditionell basketplan får användas.

En boll i storlek 6 används i alla officiella FIBA-tävlingar.

Obs: på gräsrotsnivå kan 3x3 spelas var som helst; Rättsmarkeringar – om sådana används – ska anpassas till det tillgängliga utrymmet

Konst. 2 lag

Varje lag ska bestå av 4 spelare (3 spelare på planen och 1 avbytare).

Konst. 3 matchfunktionärer

Spelet ska bestå av 1 eller 2 domare och tid/poänghållare.

Konst. 4 Början av spelet

4.1. Båda lagen ska värma upp samtidigt innan matchen.

4.2. En myntvändning avgör vilket lag som får den första besittningen. Laget som vinner myntkastet kan antingen välja att dra nytta av bollinnehavet i början av spelet eller i början av en potentiell förlängning.

4.3. Spelet måste börja med tre spelare på planen.

Obs: artiklarna 4.3 och 6.4 gäller endast för FIBA ​​3x3 officiella tävlingar* (inte obligatoriskt för gräsrotsevenemang).

Konst. 5 Poängsättning

5.1. Varje framgångsrikt skott innanför bågen ska tilldelas 1 poäng.

5.2. Varje framgångsrikt skott bakom bågen ska tilldelas 2 poäng.

5.3. Varje framgångsrikt frikast ska tilldelas 1 poäng.

Konst. 6 Speltid/vinnare av ett spel

6.1. Den ordinarie speltiden ska vara enligt följande: en period om 10 minuters speltid. Klockan ska stoppas vid dödbollssituationer och frikast. Klockan ska startas om efter att bytet av bollen har slutförts (så snart den är i det offensiva lagets händer).

6.2. Det första laget som gör 21 poäng eller mer vinner matchen om det sker innan ordinarie speltid är slut. Denna regel gäller endast ordinarie speltid (inte i en potentiell övertid).

6.3. Om resultatet är oavgjort i slutet av speltiden kommer en extra tidsperiod att spelas. Det ska vara en paus på 1 minut innan förlängningen börjar. Det lag som först gör 2 poäng på förlängningen vinner matchen.

6.4. Ett lag ska förlora matchen om laget vid den schemalagda starttiden inte är närvarande på spelplanen med 3 spelare redo att spela. I händelse av förlust markeras spelets poäng med w-0 eller 0-w ("w" står för vinst).

6.5. Ett lag ska förlora som standard om det lämnar planen innan spelets slut eller om alla spelare i laget är skadade och/eller diskvalificerade. I fall av en standardsituation kan det vinnande laget välja att behålla sin poäng eller få spelet förverkat, medan i båda fallen det uteblivna lagets poäng är satt till 0.

6.6. Ett lag som förlorar som standard eller en förlust kommer att diskvalificeras från tävlingen.

Obs: om en spelklocka inte är tillgänglig är speltidens längd efter arrangörens gottfinnande. FIBA rekommenderar att sätta poänggränsen i linje med spelets längd (10 minuter/10 poäng; 15 minuter/15 poäng; 21 minuter/21 poäng).

Konst. 7 fouls/frikast

7.1. Ett lag är i en straffsituation efter att det har begått 6 regelbrott. Efter att ett lag har nått 9 lagbrott, kommer varje efterföljande regelbrott att betraktas som tekniskt. För att undvika tvivel utesluts inte spelare baserat på antalet personliga regelbrott som är föremål för art. 15.

7.2. Regelbrott under skjutningen innanför bågen ska tilldelas 1 frikast, medan regelbrott under skjutningen bakom bågen ska tilldelas 2 frikast.

7.3. Fel under skotthandlingen följt av ett framgångsrikt field goal ska tilldelas ytterligare 1 frikast.

7.4. Lagbrott 7, 8 och 9 ska alltid bedömas med 2 frikast. Den 10:e och eventuella efterföljande lagbrott samt tekniska och osportsliga regelbrott kommer alltid att bedömas med 2 frikast och bollinnehav. Denna klausul tillämpas även på regelbrott under skjutningen och åsidosättande av 7.2 och 7.3.

7.5. Innehav hålls efter det sista frikastet som härrör från en osportslig eller teknisk foul och spelet ska fortsätta med ett utbyte av bollen bakom bågen överst på banan.

Konst. 8 Hur bollen spelas

8.1. Efter varje framgångsrikt field goal eller sista frikast (ex artikel 7.5):

  • En spelare från ett lag som inte gör mål kommer att återuppta spelet genom att dribbla eller skicka bollen från insidan av planen direkt under korgen (inte bakom mållinjen) till en plats på planen bakom bågen.

  • Det defensiva laget får inte spela för bollen i det "fria halvcirkelområdet" under korgen.

8.2. Efter varje misslyckat field goal eller sista frikast (ex artikel 7.5):

  • Om det offensiva laget studsar bollen kan det fortsätta att försöka göra mål utan att returnera bollen bakom bågen.

  • Om det defensiva laget backar eller stjäl bollen måste det returnera bollen bakom bågen (genom att passa eller dribbla).

8.3. Innehav av bollen som ges till något av lagen efter en dödbollssituation ska börja med ett utbyte av bollen (mellan den defensiva och den offensiva spelaren) bakom bågen högst upp på banan.

8.4. En spelare anses vara "bakom bågen" när ingen av hans fötter är inne i eller trampar på bågen.

8.5. I händelse av en hoppbollssituation ska det defensiva laget tilldelas bollen.

Konst. 9 Avstängning

9.1. Att stanna eller misslyckas med att spela aktivt (dvs att inte försöka göra mål) ska vara en överträdelse.

9.2. Om banan är utrustad med en skottklocka måste ett lag försöka ett skott inom 12 sekunder. Klockan ska starta så snart bollen är i de offensiva spelarnas händer (efter utbytet med försvarsspelaren eller efter ett framgångsrikt field goal under korgen).

Notera: Om banan inte är utrustad med en skottklocka och ett lag inte tillräckligt försöker attackera korgen, ska domaren ge dem en varning genom att räkna de sista 5 sekunderna.

Konst. 10 byten

Byten kan göras av vilket lag som helst när bollen blir död, före kontrollbollen. Avbytaren kan komma in i matchen efter att hans lagkamrat kliver av banan och etablerat en fysisk kontakt med honom. Byten kan endast ske bakom mållinjen mittemot korgen och byten kräver ingen åtgärd från domarna eller bordsfunktionärerna.

Konst. 11 Time-outs

En 30-sekunders time-out ges till varje lag. En spelare kan kalla time-out i en dödbollssituation.

Art.12 Protestförfarande

Om ett lag tror att dess intressen har påverkats negativt av ett beslut från en funktionär eller av någon händelse som ägde rum under en match, måste det gå tillväga på följande sätt:

  • 1. En spelare i det laget ska underteckna resultatprotokollet omedelbart i slutet av matchen och innan domaren undertecknar den.

  • 2. Inom 30 minuter ska laget presentera en skriftlig förklaring av fallet, samt en deposition på 200 USD till sportchefen. Om protesten accepteras återbetalas depositionen.

  • 3. Videomaterial får endast användas för att avgöra om ett sista skott för ett field goal i slutet av spelet släpptes under speltiden och/eller om det skottet för ett field goal räknas för 1 eller 2 poäng.

Konst. 13 Lagens ställning

Både i pooler och i den totala tävlingsställningen gäller följande klassificeringsregler. Om lagen är oavgjorda efter det första steget, hänvisa till nästa – och så vidare.

  • 1. Flest vinster (eller vinstförhållande vid ojämnt antal matcher i jämförelse mellan pooler);

  • 2. Head-to-head konfrontation (endast tar hänsyn till vinst/förlust och gäller endast inom en pool);

  • 3. Flest poäng i genomsnitt (utan att överväga att vinna poäng av förlorade poäng).

Om lagen fortfarande är oavgjorda efter dessa tre steg, vinner den eller de med högst seedning tie-breakern.

Konst. 14 Såddregler

Lag seedas i förhållande till lagets rankingpoäng (summan av lagets 3 bästa spelare rankingpoäng, före tävlingen). I händelse av samma lagrankingpoäng kommer seedningen att fastställas slumpmässigt innan tävlingen startar.

Konst. 15 Diskvalifikation

En spelare som begår två osportsliga regelbrott kommer att diskvalificeras från spelet av domarna och från evenemanget av arrangören. Oberoende av detta kommer arrangören att diskvalificera den eller de berörda spelarna från evenemanget för våldshandlingar, verbal eller fysisk aggression, slingrande inblandning i spelresultat, ett brott mot FIBA:s antidopningsregler (bok 4 i FIBA:s interna regler) eller alla andra brott mot FIBA:s etiska regler (bok 1, kapitel II i FIBA:s interna regler). Arrangören kan också diskvalificera hela laget från evenemanget beroende på de andra lagmedlemmarnas bidrag (även genom att inte agera) till ovannämnda beteende. FIBA:s rätt att införa disciplinära sanktioner under evenemangets regelverk, villkoren för 3x3planet.com och FIBA:s interna regler förblir opåverkad av diskvalificering enligt denna artikel 15.
